Welcome to Little Mountain Collective. These terms apply to purchases through our website and your use of the site. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies.

Orders and payments

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when placing an order and ensure you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly. You may agree to an alternative or receive a refund for the unavailable items and any associated shipping charges.

If we discover a pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement before making any changes. We will not charge an additional amount without your consent.

Handmade products and natural materials

Our timber products may vary in grain, colour, knots and engraving appearance. These natural differences make each piece unique, and photographs are a guide to appearance.

Natural variation does not affect your right to receive a product that is safe, of acceptable quality and consistent with its description.

Please check the product listing for dimensions, materials, included accessories and any specific care or use requirements.

Custom orders

For personalised products, please check spelling, artwork and any design proof carefully before approving production.

Changes requested after approval may affect the price or completion time. We will discuss any additional costs with you and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

You must have permission to use any artwork, logos or other material you supply for a custom order. You give us permission to reproduce that material only as needed to fulfil your order.

If you need to cancel a custom order, contact us promptly. Available options will depend on the work already completed and any cancellation terms agreed before purchase. Your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly supplied products remain unchanged.

Safe use and care

Balance boards involve movement and a risk of falls. Read and follow the instructions supplied with your product, including any stated age, weight or usage limits.

Use your board on a suitable, level surface with clear space around you and away from stairs, sharp edges and other hazards. Child
